The City Bus Terminal, Noida is a prestigious urban infrastructure project located in Sector- 82, Noida. Designed for the city’s buses, the terminal design has focused on ease of movement in and around the site as its primary threshold. The design integrates a bus terminal facility with a mixed-use commercial complex comprising of a shopping mall, 1000-seater multiplex and a 150-room hotel over a built-up area of 1 million sq. ft. A richly landscaped foreground leads to the structural edifice, the architectural expression of which is borrowed from the influences of the traditional Indian architectural elements such as lattices and colonnades. The curvaceous design of the buildings increases the span without projecting the building with an imposing demeanour. The intricate jaali pattern on the façade gleams and encases a glistening glass edifice.
