Air India, the country’s flagship airline company and owned by the Government, has embarked on a process of financial restructuring which includes the redevelopment of its flagship real estate land parcel. This 30 acres land lies in, what is arguably the poshest residential neighbor hoods of Delhi, Vasant Vihar. The project involves redeveloping this Complex, which currently consists of few four storeyed residential blocks in a dilapidated condition, into a self-sustained, state of the art residential township of around 2000 apartments.
