The most important aspect of the project was its Master Planning. By definition of a logistics park, the main purpose for the Client was to build facilities for leasing purposes. Its design parameters would be synonymous with that of a transit storage hub for distribution services, fit for e-commerce businesses. The basic requirements for the project, as per the multi-national specifications, were: leakage-proof area, high indoors (10-metre height) for ease in stacking of goods, robust and impact-resistant flooring, and use of natural daylight as much as possible.
