Set up in collaboration with Marzotto Spa of Italy, GIVO manufactures and supplies classic ready-to-wear men’s suits. Using state-of-the-art equipment imported from Europe, this modern facility caters to a huge domestic and export market. Located next to Jaipur–Delhi National Highway, the site had expansion restrictions. To counter this, along with meeting the Client’s demands, the Architects proposed a longitudinal building design instead. It also helps facilitate movement of finished and unfinished goods, especially needed in a garment facility. An elaborate drop-off area was designed at the entrance, elevating its overall demeanour.
