The Facility is leading example of an industrial design thriving on sustainable aspects of energy, water and waste management. Water is conserved and preserved by recycling and rainwater harvesting. Waste produced at the Facility is carefully segregated into organic and inorganic before sending it off to Neemrana for recycling. The location of the site makes solar energy one of the most favorable technology to harness and embrace. Interestingly, through meticulous design strategies, 40% of the total energy requirement at the Unit is achieved through solar photo voltaic roof, installed on the entire roof’s expanse.
