The Multimodal Transit facility at Sector 22, Dwarka integrates an interstate and intercity bus terminal and a cluster bus depot under one roof to create this para transit hub. The site is located near the Delhi-Gurugram highway, making its accessibility viable for daily commuters. The building is segregated into different segments, distributing the mass of the built over the landscape and the interplay of masses creating its grand form. Bold curves dominate the overall façade, projecting magnificence for the project in the vicinity. The building’s design restricts its footprint to less than 40 per cent on the site, allowing maximum space for circulation and parking. The use of dynamic LED facades make the edifice a landmark and an icon for futuristic urban developments. A curvilinear façade widens the view for the visitors, exhibiting a panorama of the surrounding expansive cityscape.
