The Assembly Plant and India Headquarters for M/s JCB India Ltd. is located at Ballabhgarh. The scope of the design included a Major expansion of the Production Facilities including the Logistics Utility and the Administration Building. The first Phase of construction was conceived at JCB’s India Headquarters, with the Production Facilities designed with a total built up area of 5, 00, 000 sq. ft. The project comprised of an Assembly Block PDI, Inspection & Finishing Sheds, Utility Block, XP Shed, IPC Building, and Administration Building. The new Fabrication and Assembly block along with new Administrative Headquarters of JCB is designed as composite Pre Engineered Building with steel and concrete construction. The project is a LEED Gold Rated Building.
