Inspired by the site's rugged landscape, the design recreates the charm of Spain’s Ibiza, integrating Mediterranean-themed architecture with lush landscapes. Seven 21-story towers, arranged linearly, maximize light and ventilation while creating a striking skyline. Stucco facades, red clay-tiled roofs, arched windows, and cast-iron balustrades lend a distinctive Mediterranean character, offering a fresh take on luxury multi-family housing.
