At a time when high-rise housing societies witnessed a surge in their numbers to accommodate the large influx of residents from surrounding states, Orange County presented the idea of residential living which was luxurious as well as affordable. Spread over an area of 10 acres, this residential development is a mix of 2 and 3-BHK apartments and penthouses. The Architects planned the high-rise towers on the site’s outer periphery, thereby creating a large central green space. The design of the residential complex builds on unique design initiatives, such as a playful and colourful form of the club, bold orange of the towers, a tropical landscape design – all of which allude to the introduction of social areas within the society, making it a prospering residential experience.
