The Unitech SEZ is a state-of-the-art IT project planned along the Yamuna Expressway at Greater Noida. The rectangular 75-acre site has been divided into two, through a planned green spine via a strip of green, which acts as a common ground for recreation and interaction. The project, with a built-up area of 75, 00, 000 sq. ft., includes IT/ITES facilities, commercial, hotel, residential development and a host of amenities. The amenities buildings sport petal-like roof structures, which are not only a point of attraction – but they also lend an element of dynamism to the overall site.
